V-WARRANT Trademark

Provision of financial services, by means of a global computer network, in the form of a financial instrument known as an electronic "virtual warrant" (V-WARRANT or E-WARRANT) that is created by the process of "wrapping" any "in-transit" or "destined to be in-transit" commodities, financial products, data, digital or analog information, and/or services with a "virtual insurance policy" and creating a V-WARRANT, which then becomes qualified for entry into a "virtual warehouse" within a "virtual electronic free trade zone" (V-FTZ or E-FTZ) and thereafter may be securitized, traded, processed and treated in cyberspace like any analogous non-virtual commodity, financial product, digital or analog information, and/or services.
