V-WAREHOUSE Trademark

Provision of financial services, by means of a global computer network, in the form of an electronic "virtual warehouse" (V-WAREHOUSE or E-WAREHOUSE), which serves a primary function to house "virtual warrants" (V-WARRANTS), which are comprised of "in-transit" or "destined to be in-transit" commodities, financial products and/or services, data, digital and/or analog information, certain of which may have been "credit-enhanced," i.e., wrapped by a "virtual insurance policy", enabling their entry (as V-WARRANTS) into the V-WAREHOUSE situated within a general purpose, virtual electronic "free trade zone" (V-FTZ or E-FTZ).
