3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication for additional security. If you enable two-factor authentication, you are responsible for securely storing your recovery codes.
3.3 Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:
- Your account data will be permanently removed
- Your watchlists and notifications will be deleted
- This action cannot be undone
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
- Submit false, misleading, or defamatory information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
- Circumvent any rate limiting or access controls
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 USPTO Data
Trademark data displayed on our Service is sourced from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and is in the public domain. We do not claim ownership of USPTO data.
5.2 User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create on the Service (such as watchlist names, descriptions, and notes). By creating content on the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and store that content as part of providing the Service.
5.3 Our Content
The Service's design, features, and original content (excluding USPTO data and user content) are owned by TrademarkDir and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you make a watchlist public, it will be visible to all users and may appear in search results. Public watchlists may be subject to review and may be made private if they violate our acceptable use policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Reasons for suspension or termination may include:
- Violation of these Terms
- Conduct harmful to other users or the Service
- Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity
