The Product is a recreational / entertainment plaything designed for the amusement of persons aged 6 and older, consisting of the following features: 1) A series of air-filled spherical plastic nodules (individually ranging in size from 1/4-inch to 2-inch diameter)arrayed and packaged in sheets and/or strips ranging in size from 2-inch to 24-inch width; by 4-inch to 100-foot length; 2) Nodules will be presented with distinct animated expressions and variegated "cartoon" configurations, in a wide spectrum of colors; 3) Nodules, when squeezed or pressed down upon, will emit a "popping" sound. Additionally, the aforementioned cartoon characterizations (applied to the Product's visual presentation and packaging) will be marketed generally to the public in promotional campaigns ranging from interactive Web Site hypertext and graphics to direct mail-order marketing, and print, radio and television media tie-ins to the Product.
