Software as a service services featuring non-downloadable software for industrial manufacturing process monitoring and control, namely, for configuring, scheduling, and orchestrating data acquisition from, and sending control signals to, machinery, sensors, samplers, and instruments; for receiving, storing, validating, analyzing, and visualizing machinery telemetry, environmental conditions, and quality data; for generating notifications and alarms based on user-defined thresholds; for administering device authentication, role-based access control, and change management; for provisioning, configuring, and remotely managing portable electronic data-collection and machinery-control devices used in cleanroom facilities and other manufacturing plant facilities; for synchronizing locally stored production data with a remote server that manages such devices; and for enabling secure data exchange with manufacturing execution, quality management, and facility management platforms; all for use in component manufacturing systems.
