The USPTO recorded 2,126 new trademark applications on April 15, 2024, marking a 434.2% increase compared to the previous filing day. This surge in activity was led by Class 41 (Education & Entertainment) with 278 filings, followed by Class 35 (Advertising & Business). Of the day's submissions, 1,656 (78%) were standard character marks and 469 (22%) included design elements. Among the most active filers, Rep Fitness LLC led with 17 filings, followed by U.S. Med-Equip, LLC. Jason Graff was the most active attorney of record for the day.
