This surge in activity was led by Class 35 (Advertising & Business) with 277 filings, followed by Class 9 (Computers & Electronics). Of the day's submissions, 1,440 (75%) were standard character marks and 486 (25%) included design elements. Among the most active filers, Verato, Inc. led with 34 filings, followed by GAMES GLOBAL USA INC.. Michael Bartholomew was the most active attorney of record for the day.
