Specially designed Z-wire and mesh wire products (the "Wire Products") which exceed the specifications derived from certified engineering calculations regarding tensile strength, metallurgical composition, and geometric configuration, required to fabricate panels that comply with or exceed all applicable HUD, FHA and Municipal building standards and regulations Such wire products are for use in the Panel-forming machines The Panel Forming Machine assembles strips of Styrofoam and specially designed and fabricated Z-wire and mesh wire into panels used in construction of homes, fences, commercial buildings, etc The components of each panel are assembled in the Machine for the final welding process The automatic welders move 2 inches and weld the Z-wire apex to the mesh wire The automatic welders back up 2 inches, index to the next Z-wire apex, and repeat the welding process in this manner until all Z-wire apexes are welded to the mesh wire When finished, the Machine opens up again to four feet in the center, 2 feet on each side The Operator removes the completed panel and repeats the same process again
