The certification mark, as used by persons authorized by the certifier, certifies that the skills competitions provided meet the following requirements: 1) Adherence to specific standards specific standards or criteria for eligibility, judging, scoring, rules, and safety; Adherence to specific standards of quality or performance in organizing and conducting the events; 3) Requirements to focus on golf skills competitions; and 4) Adherence to specific guidelines established by the certification mark owner. Applicant will not engage in the production or marketing of the goods or services to which the mark is applied, except to advertise or promote recognition of the certification program or of the goods or services that meet the certification standards of the applicant. Applicant has a bona fide intention, and is entitled, to exercise legitimate control over the use of the mark in commerce. To the best of the signatory's knowledge and belief, no other persons, except authorized users, have the right to use the mark in commerce, either in the identical form or in such near resemblance as to be likely, when used on or in connection with the goods or services of such other persons, to cause confusion or mistake or to deceive. The facts recited in the application are accurate.
