Areas east of the Allegheny Mountains (including Southwestern Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia, Michigan and Ohio) were part of resisting the whiskey tax and the late-1700's historical event, the Whiskey Rebellion. Building on the success of its Whiskey Rebellion brand rye whiskey, The Visser Group plans to create a historical theme park/family destination in the vein of Williamsburg, VA. The theme of the park will revolve around these revolutionary times, and Southwestern Pennsylvania's role therein. The "Whiskey Rebellion" trademark will be utilized heavily at the park, either as the main title of the park, or as the title of one significant section of the park. The theme park will be a"period"-type park such as Williamsburg, and will be composed of standard theme-park rides, thrill-sports such as rock climbing and whitewater rafting, games, shows, and at all times an emphasis on family fun and education. The "Whiskey Rebellion" trademark will be a key component of the park, again, as either the main name of the park, or the name of a significant section of the park. The trademark will also be used on merchandise sold at the park

Whiskey and pre-mixed drinks, namely, Whiskey Rebellion brand rye whiskey. Whiskey Rebellion is to be a fine rye whiskey evoking the traditional fashion of 1700's rye whiskey. Whiskey Rebellion will first be distilled by a private distiller my company will contract with. Eventually, my company plans to operate its own distillery, itself distilling, marketing, and selling Whiskey Rebellion brand rye whiskey. 'Whiskey Rebellion' shall be the trade name of the actual whiskey product, and its mixed-drink products
