A matrix (scorecard) produced in our Risk Management computer software application which uses arrows, icons and color in the following manner Use of Color-- Green Arrows - score is acceptable, Yellow Arrows - score is cautionary, Red Arrows - score is severe, Faded green, yellow or red arrows - all actions at the intersection on the matrix have not been completed Direction of Arrows-- Arrow pointing up - trend is moving up, Arrow pointing down - trend is moving down, Arrow pointing right - trend is staying the same Number of Arrowheads-- One or more arrowheads - Indicates user-defined impact levels Solid blue dot - indicates no actions have been performed at the intersection on the matrix Gray dot with + inside - indicates no actions are required at the intersection on the matrix Blue circle with any arrow inside - indicates an overall action has been performed at the intersection on the matrix
