recorded musical, vocal and other performances of a group of musicians, vocalists and entertainers, including both audio recordings and audio-visual recordings of such performances in all formats now known or hereafter invented (including but not limited to such formats as audio cassettes, digital audio tapes, audio compact disc, magnetic tapes, DVD disks, vinyl phonograph records, video cassettes and film), to identify the services of the applicant as producer and creator of such recorded musical, vocal and other performances of the musicians, vocalists and entertainers, and to identify the services of the applicant as the author of creative works including but not limited to music both with and without accompanying lyrics, sound recordings, audio-visual recordings, literary works, dramatic and dramatico-musical works and other works of authorship
