SUBSCRIPTION-BASED REAL ESTATE Trademark

Subscription-based real estate shall refer to any arrangement whereby the subscriber, being a licensed real estate agent or broker pays a recurring fee to hereby affiliate their license with a Responsible Broker for the purposes and access to real estate brokerage services on a monthly or annual basis. "The subscriber, being a licensed real estate agent or broker, hereby affiliates their license with for the purposes of this agreement. The subscriber shall be supervised by the responsible broker and shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the practice of real estate, including obtaining any necessary licenses or certifications. The responsible broker shall be responsible for ensuring that the subscriber is properly supervised and shall be liable for any violations of law or ethical breaches committed by the subscriber in the course of their duties under this agreement"
