STERBLING Trademark

I, Sterling Bales, hereby declare that I am the owner and lawful applicant of the trademark "SterBling." I affirm that the mark is used in commerce in connection with entertainment services, including live musical performances, concerts, DJ appearances, production of musical sound recordings and music videos, and the sale of albums and branded apparel distributed in stores. I further declare that "SterBling Music Publishing Co." is used in commerce for music publishing, distribution, and administration of musical works. I believe I am entitled to use the mark in commerce and that, to the best of my knowledge and belief, no other person has the right to use the mark in a manner that would cause confusion, mistake, or deception. I affirm that all statements made herein are true and made with full knowledge that willful false statements may jeopardize the validity of this application.
