The product that will be named "Snap Cap" is a lid or cap which is a non-metal, normally plastic re-closable top that attaches or sits on the top of a drinking beverage cup for hot and/or cold liquids and is to be utilized on non-metal beverage drinking cups in general retail and food service establishments including promotional items, sports stadiums, beverage manufacturers and convenience stores.
