Entertainment services, namely, organizing and conducting non-lethal training gun duels and events and personal appearances by non-lethal training gun dueling competitors, for distribution by means of cable, broadcast, Internet, satellite and other broadcast media; entertainment, namely, conducting and producing live stage shows and performances featuring non-lethal training gun duels, in which two contestants shoot at each other inside of a protected space with non-lethal training guns, while wearing protective gear. The training guns fire paint marking rounds that leave paint marks on the contestants' attire upon impact, so that the hits may be assessed after the competition is timed-out and the contestants' attire may be counted for scoring purposes.
