Sherpa Learning has 6 distinct components: 1 - Design instructional content 2 - Develop instructional content 3 - Publish instructional content 4 - Deliver instructional content 5 - Track a student(s) progress and comprehension 6 - Store student(s) statistics The design components of Sherpa Learning consist of several databases and utilities that allow a person to identify and systematically design instructional content for a given topic. The utilities are the tools a person(s) uses to populate the databases with instructional content. Once populated, the databases are used to develop and publish interactive media rich training programs using the instructional content. Sherpa Learning allows a person(s) to combine software files that contain text, audio, video, animations, still photos and graphics to create instructionally sound and engaging training programs. Once published, Sherpa Learning allows a person(s) to access and playback training programs. During playback, Sherpa Learning tracks a person(s) progress through and comprehension of the instructional content. Finally, Sherpa Learning stores, for subsequent reporting, a student's progress and comprehension statistics in its user account database.
