Child Identification Card for parents to have on a business card sized cd ROM that we produce through software applications that will automatically start in any windows compatible computer The disks include a color label with child picture, name, thumb print, and descriptions (male/female,eye and hair color, DOB,height,weight,and when card was produced) The Disk also contains 3 digital pictures, child, and family information that can be printed or e-mailed in case of an emergency There is also a business card printed with instructions on one side and a medical release signature on the other
