Please note that Quiksilver, Inc submitted three applications being serial numbers 78452660, 78453392 and 78453027 all of which contained exactly the same wording for the identification of services; However Quiksilver, Inc has now received three separate examination reports for each mark each requesting very different changes and amendments to the listing of services in class 41; So as to ensure consistency across Quiksilver's listing of services in this class could the Examiners please confirm which changes need to be made and uniformly suggest a wording for the identification of services to adopted; This will not only ensure Quiksilver has a uniform and consistent description of services in this class but will also ensure USPTO consistency in examining these marks so that a agreed and acceptable listing of services can be reached quicker and more effectively.
