plans, organizes, and directs recreation seminars and continuing education program for customer's employees. directs, instructs and organizes such basic adventure recreation seminars as-- A TV riding, snowmobiling, sailing and horseback riding to assist employees to develop interpersonal relationships, to socialize effectively, and to develop confidence needed to participate in adventurous individual or group activities. Regulates content of seminars in accordance with employees capabilities, needs and interests. Instructs employees in relaxation techniques, such as deep breathing, visualization and other activities to reduce stress and tension. Organizes, instruct and coordinates advanced adventure recreation outings and accompanies employees on outings, such as skydiving, scuba diving, hang gliding, team penning, stream fishing, cross country skiing and snow boarding to make employees aware of adventure recreation resources. May prepare reports for employer, reflecting employees reaction and evidence of progress. May supervise and conduct in-service training of other staff members or sub-contractors to review their facilities, qualifications and create program goals or consul with them on selected cases. May serve as visiting instructor to employers, educational institutions and community health programs
