Providing on-line non-downloadable software for users to receive notification of specific events involving their marketed properties via email or text message and choose whether or not to send an automated direct marketing campaign with the relevant data pre-populated on the marketing collateral. The collateral also includes three response channels (a custom URL, QR code or SMS text code), each of which directs the recipients to go online for more information. The software then sends an email to the user whenever a recipient interacts with one of the aforementioned response channels, and gives users the ability to track the results of their campaigns on a dashboard
