printed certificates and other printed indicia of quasi-ownership in unique, location oriented, name association rights to facsimile parcels representational of the real world location;

promotional services involving the promotion of a location and/or one or more entities or events associated with the location of interest to significant segments of the public, by the sale of unique, location oriented, name association rights to facsimile parcels which are representational of the location, including quasi-ownership of name association rights to defined parcels of facsimiles of the real-world, locations of sports facilities, geographical locations, structure and/or areas and the like, and issuing certificates or other indicia evidencing those rights, with the services being provided via the internet, as well as through land-based locations and other forms of communication and advertising media, and selling or licensing such services to owners or controllers of such locations, facilities and the like, and directly advertising and selling such facsimile parcels to the public;
