Representative for clients having a property built, namely organisational consultancy and implementation services in relation to the selection of properties, procedures relating to planning permission, the handling of administrative procedures in relation to building authorities, negotiations with architects, contractors and tradespeople, and the procurement of building materials and building object facilities; efficiency studies for buildings, cost calculations for construction, business project management in the construction of buildings; administrative support in building tenders and the awarding of building works, organisational tracking of warranties; all the aforesaid services on behalf of and for the account of the client.

Staff training for building construction activities.

Studies of traffic routes and traffic volumes; drawing up of transport plans for local and long-distance transport.
