We are going to help businesses and healthcare facilities get more higher quality digital reviews, social media followers, leads from their digital marketing efforts, improved customer experience information, visits to their website, and digital platform data with our NFC (Near Field Communication) tech and software. The NFC tech will be placed inside the businesses and healthcare facilities that will send push notifications when a customer or patient taps their phone to it. This push notification (once clicked) will link the user to the business profile, or their social media pages, or the top review platforms for the business, or a survey, or information on their website, or a calendar to schedule their next appointment (wherever the admin wants to assign the NFC tag to take their patients or customers with the mobile app). The software will be used as a chat bubble on their website that allows patients and customers to open up a text conversation with us. The marketing team will also use our software to text leads they get from their digital marketing efforts instead of having to call them. We will also text discounts that the business has going on, we will text a calendar to schedule an appointment, we will respond back to any questions that are brought in. We are not a call center. We do not provide any calling services, voicemail services, digital receptionists, call scripts, or things of that nature
