Rather, the mark functions as a brand identifier suggesting a level of prestige, scope, and specialization, requiring a mental step to associate it with Applicant's certification and evaluation services. Additionally, the combination of the terms creates a unitary commercial impression distinct from the mere sum of its parts. Accordingly, the mark is suggestive and eligible for registration on the Principal Register.
