Multiple Agent Service is a marketplace where consumers can search for real estate agents, brokers, and other real estate providers. Multiple Agent Service allows consumers to search for specific real estate services and have agents bid on their services. Unlike a Multiple Listing Service Multiple Agent Service Allows the buyer or seller to take the reins in making a unilateral offer of compensation to real estate agents or brokers for services rendered. If the broker, real estate agent, or Realtor accepts the offer then a referral agreement is signed whereby all parties agree to their services and fees charged. The Multiple Agent Service may collect fees to run the marketplace. The Multiple Agent Service may create a Code Of Ethics which users must abide by. The marketplace may also charge subscription fees, advertising fees, affiliate fees, and other fees.
