Computer application software for remotely controlling a network of dispensers that count or measure output, namely, software for use by pharmacy personnel, via a user interface and an enterprise server, to remotely and respectively control the deployment of, commissioning of, management of, and communications with a network of dispensers that count or measure output for use with over-the-counter and behind-the-counter drugs and pharmaceuticals, each dispenser being a remote dispensing unit as remote dispensing technology for prescription, over-the-counter and behind-the-counter drugs and pharmaceuticals, each remote dispensing unit being networked across networked platforms in pharmacy enterprises, each pharmacy enterprise supplying such drugs and pharmaceuticals via its pharmaceutical supply chain to each of the networked remote dispensing units, each of the networked remote dispensing units being controlled by the pharmacy enterprise's pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to: (i) dispense such drugs and pharmaceuticals to its end user customers; and (ii) facilitate live communications between pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and their end user customers so as to disseminate information concerning patient care to its end user customers; Dispensers that count or measure output for use with over-the-counter and behind-the-counter drugs and pharmaceuticals, the dispensers being in a system that is remotely and respectively controlled by pharmacy personnel, via a user interface and an enterprise server, for their deployment, commissioning, management, and communications, each dispenser being a remote dispensing unit as remote dispensing technology for prescription, over-the-counter and behind-the-counter drugs and pharmaceuticals, each remote dispensing unit being networked across networked platforms in pharmacy enterprises, each pharmacy enterprise supplying such drugs and pharmaceuticals via its pharmaceutical supply chain to each of the networked remote dispensing units, each of the networked remote dispensing units being controlled by the pharmacy enterprise's pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to: (i) dispense such drugs and pharmaceuticals to its end user customers; and (ii) facilitate live communications between pharmacists and pharmacy technicians and their end user customers so as to disseminate information concerning patient care to its end user customers
