MARINELLIMUSCLE Trademark

I am trademarking the brand name MarinelliMuscle for it's identification and protection within the fitness industry. I plan to design a website under the domain name www.marinellimuscle.com (which I own for the next five years) where I will be selling individualized workouts and meal plans to my consumers on a subscription basis. My website will feature training videos, nutrition videos, personalized video chats, testimonials, an introduction video, a photo gallery of professional photography, a biography page, a contact information page and a question and answer page. Ultimately, I plan to provide a social network for subscribers to interact with each other for fitness related purposes. My goal is to create an open forum where subscribers will be able to collaborate virtually. I will make the site accessible for users to interact through chat or video conference, to perform the provided MarinelliMuscle workouts together or motivate and educate each other. Additionally, I plan to implement a retail store within www.marinellimuscle.com. I want to trademark the hashtag #MarinelliMuscle on all social media domains for its purpose as a service to the general public and in representation of my brand name. In the future, I may create a line of supplements or a gym under the brand name MarinelliMuscle
