The word Magic-Rack as a brandname for a variety of items relating directly to attracting, feeding, maintaining, hunting and any other activity relating to deer, elk, moose, and other ungulates perceived as game animals including but not limited to mineral supplementation, scent attractants, feed plot mixes, all of an agricultural nature (animal feeds, seeds, etc) sold through retail, wholesale, mail order or internet outlets Such display of the term "magic-rack" will be accompanied by imagery of a deer or other ungulate head, or to differentiate this brand name from any other brand sharing the same terms for an industrial or commercial use No exclusive claim is made to either the word magic or rack except as combined above
