Licensing Mania is a website platform that is directed to selling third party licensed products via Licensing Mania and providing services to help businesses and licensors acquire licensing agreements via Licensing Mania. In this context, the term Licensing refers to the business of offering permission for an entity to use content of another entity in creating and selling products. An example of this is the Walt Disney Company, a licensor, creating licensing agreements with another company, a licensee, to allow the company to create a doll using content provided by the Walt Disney Company, such as characters to create a Walt Disney Company Character themed doll, a licensed product. Because the website is a platform the products of any category will be posted by third party businesses onto the website. When the website receives an order by a website customer, the third party business will ship and send the product to the customer directly. Third party businesses involved with Licensing Mania will be required to have a valid and legal licensing agreement to sell themed licensed products of another entity using Licensing Mania. Licensing Mania will offer memberships such as a customer membership that will provide notifications such as new products, available products, the ability to recommend product ideas to Licensing Mania to be created, and more. Licensing Mania will also provide business memberships for all third party sellers which are 1. licensees, 2. Licensors, the entities providing content to be licensed for third party companies to produce and sell upon agreement, and 3. potential licensees, companies that want to add more licenses by contacting new licensors through Licensing Mania. Licensing Mania will provide a messaging platform for 3. potential licensees to message and share their products and/or product concepts to 2. Licensors, Each Licensing Mania membership will require an agreement that Licensing Mania be paid an agreed upon percentage commission when Licensing Mania helps create new licensing agreements between two entities. An example of this is a 3. potential Licensee has products that their business makes, and would like to license the products with a new 2. Licensor. The 3. Potential Licensee's products may be licensed with another licensor or not licensed at all at the time of contacting a new licensor through Licensing Mania. One way the 3. potential licensee can contact the new 2. licensor is through Licensing Mania's website messaging platform. Licensing Mania will also provide a list of Freelance attourneys that can be hired to help 3. potential licensees acquire and maintain a licensing agreement with a 2. Licensor. The freelance attourneys referred by Licensing Mania will pay an agreed upon commission to Licensing Mania for Licensing Mania referring customers to the freelance attourneys. Licensing Mania is a place focused on selling all licensed goods and products in one place, as well as a place offering services that help third party companies acquire licensing agreements and help those new licensees with getting started in business as a new licensee with Licensing Mania's referred freelance attourneys and freelance associates. The products sold by Licensing Mania will not bear the name Licensing Mania on products or product tags.
