Electrification infrastructure and emergency power electrical utilization components sold to customers separately providing their own, customer separately provided electrical power systems using such components, such components being, namely, electrical switchgear in the nature of electrical power distribution switching and supply devices and components, data center power switching and supply devices and components, and emergency power switching and supply devices and components, electrical switchboards, electrical docking stations for electrical power distribution, data center power, and emergency power systems, electrical automatic transfer switches, and electric power panels in the nature of electrical distribution system components; all of the foregoing in the channel of exclusive sale to manufacturers and providers of and for use with customer separately provided power supply systems for manufacturers and providers of: electric vehicle charging equipment, battery energy storage systems, industrial power supply equipment, electrical utility equipment, data center equipment, customer separately provided electrical infrastructure and emergency power electrical utilization equipment
