KOVI Asian Street Food Kitchen is a multi-faceted, fast-casual restaurant, equipped simultaneously as a brick-and-mortar restaurant, and a mobile food service provider. KOVI's food truck and food service trailer operates at festivals, special venues (wineries and breweries, primarily), as well as providing food service for community and private events. KOVI specializes in fusing healthy and organic Korean and Vietnamese cuisine. KOVI originated as a food truck, serving a twist on Asian street food. Our menu includes Bulgogi steak, Dak Galbi lemongrass chicken, slow roasted caramelized pork, and organic lemongrass tofu in a choice of tacos, Banh Mi sandwiches, Rice bowls, or Protein bowls. Beyond these items, KOVI offers Poké Bowls, featuring sushi-grade seafood served over rice with a choice of over 18 toppings and a selection of house-recipe sauces. KOVI also offers daily specials that include sous vide pork belly, grilled octopus tacos, shrimp tacos, Mahi Mahi fish tacos, and braised short rib burritos with kimchi fried rice.
