Know Your Personnel is a software database that allows employers to provide feedback on potential candidates and/or employees (i.e., interviews and past work experiences). Our company helps hiring managers determine how to hire the best quality candidates based of previous/current experiences. Companies can submit reviews on employees or interviewees to help provide insight on the quality of personnel. Recruiters and hiring managers will be able to provide positive or negative feedback on prospective candidates in our database. Candidates can receive feedback from but not limited to the following: interview no-shows, cancellations, punctuality, if candidates accepted a position and quit without notification, professionalism, etc
