JPX is a trade name that refers to a line of high production-quality movies produced from original scripts and/or storylines and shot on location in Japan and other Asian countries The movies are filmed using various film and tape stock (including but not limited to 35 mm film, 16 mm film, broadcast quality videotape, or digital videotape) After editing, the movies are then transferred from the JPX negative to MULTIPLE FORMATS (including but not limited to) VHS Video tape, S-VHS, DVD, Video CD, CD-ROM, and AVCD for distribution through various channels The JPX products are then distributed exclusively through proprietary channels that include, but are not limited to-- A) A digital electronic marketplace on the global network of computers wherein copies of the movies in VHS Video tape, S-VHS, DVD, Video CD, CD-ROM, and AVCD format are sold to the general public; B) ) A digital electronic marketplace on the global network of computers wherein the movies are transmitted electronically in Streaming Video formats and High-Definition TV (HDTV) formats; C) Distribution in film or broadcast quality tape for movies, theatrical or other commercial exhibition formats The complete JPX product line includes TWO distinct and separate types of productions-- A) A complete line of adult animation in the formats of anime, hentai, and manga utilizing both American and Asian Artists, and the licensing rights to the characters created for the anime and hentai for all electronic formats, and print, magazine, comic, and soft goods licensing B) Live action movies featuring legal adults in provocative and explicit movies The JPX mark is a proprietary creation of IdeaMAX Corp who owns all rights in the mark, and the mark has great significance in the Asian market, where it has provided instant recognition for high quality adult entertainment The J in the mark stands for Japan, the P stands for premium entertainment and the X stands for X-Rated JPX is a proprietary company wholly owned by IdeaMAX Corporation
