To be used as an identifying name and logo for a soft-sided, light-weight, multi-purpose bag; designed specifically, but not limited to, carrying an event program and poncho at a sporting event; the bag/product being made of, but not limited to, a cloth-type, water-resistent material or materials combined, which bears licensed information such as, but not limited to, team logos, an individual likeness, and/or organizational information and/or logos; the dimensions of the finished bag/product at, but not limited to, 1350"length x 950"width; the bag/product to be open and closed by the use of a zipper (various colors), at but not limited to 9"length; the bag/product secured to oneself by the use of a belt and buckle; the belt made of, but not limited to, a webbing-type of material (various colors), at but not limited to 1"width; and the buckle being, but not limited to, a side-release, dual adjustable buckle
