Provision of information and services relating to strategies to avoid losses associated with real estate mortgage foreclosures, including mortgage preforeclosure strategies and negotiation, negotiation of foreclosure forbearance agreements, negotiation of modification and amendment of mortgages and mortgage amortization and payment requirements, short sales of real estate properties, assignments of interest in real estate property, identification of sources of finance related to short sales of real estate property, identification of potential purchasers of real estate property that is the subject of a short sale, coordination and supply of documentation necessary for a transfer of ownership of real estate property by sale, auction or other transfer, identification of local realtors to assist in sales of real estate property, assistance in obtaining MLS listings of real estate property for sale, provision of information concerning real estate properties that may require the services described above, design, operation and maintenance of accounting and management information systems to assist in the accounting of funds and the management of information for the services described above, provision of marketing, training, coaching and support services for businesses to whom the Company's proprietary products and services are franchised, licensed or otherwise assigned, including through franchises and franchise services, producing and conducting franchising, training and educational services for others relating to the above services and all other services relating to protection of homeowners' interests in real estate properties subject to mortgage or other liens and/or relating to sales strategies for real estate properties subject to mortgage or other liens
