Hearts and Hooves offers educational training services of two types; First, it works with and trains miniature horses to make them welcome visitors at the facilities visted by the organization; Secondly, it offers training to individuals to give them the skills necessary to work with miniature horses and make visits with their miniature horses to-- state hospitals, hospice care, assisted living, alzheimer's care, museums, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, at risk youth programs and the like

Hearts and Hooves works with miniature horses trained by the organization; In conjunction with its trained miniature horses, the services rendered by Hearts and Hooves consist of visits to a variety of facilities to render care and support to those in the facilities (and in some cases, to help and comfort those caring for the people in the facilities); Facilities visited include-- state hospitals, hospice care, assisted living, alzheimer's care, museums, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, at risk youth programs and the like
