A method comprising: receiving offsite sensor data-indicative of health of a user transmitted from a mobile user device corresponding to the user, wherein the offsite sensor data is captured at, and transmitted from, an offsite area located outside of a facility including an access-controlled area; receiving offsite user identification data corresponding to the offsite sensor data and the user, wherein the offsite user identification data is captured at, and transmitted from, the offsite area; determining that the offsite sensor data satisfies an organizational standard related to the health of the user; determining that the offsite user identification data corresponds to an approved user for the access-controlled area; and transmitting a notification to the mobile user device, the notification indicating authorization of the user to access the access-controlled area, wherein the notification is transmitted to the mobile user device as the mobile user device is located at the offsite area
