In response to the requirement that the identification of services be made more definite, Applicant amends the identification of services in International Class 041 as follows: Original: "Academic tutoring of school-age children; Education services, namely, providing tutoring in the field of writing, academic skills, and standardized test preparation." Amended: "Academic tutoring of school-age children; education services, namely, providing tutoring in the field of writing, academic study skills, critical thinking, and time management, and standardized test preparation." This amendment clarifies the scope of "academic skills" without deleting any service or expanding the identification beyond the scope of the original application, consistent with 37 C.F.R. §2.71(a).
