The certification mark, as intended to be used by persons licensed by the applicant or a certifier designated by the applicant, is intended to certify that the person displaying the said mark has completed educational course work requirements and work experience requirements specified by the designated certifier, has completed examination prescribed by the designated certifier in a satisfactory manner, has agreed to adhere to the designated certifier's standards for professional responsibility, continuing education and other post-certification requirements, and is competent in the field of financial analysis with specific reference to corporate finance, investment management, financial services and international finance
