Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for creating, generating, administering, and delivering security awareness training and personalized simulated social-engineering attack exercises, and also for measuring, scoring, and reporting human risk readiness and training performance; Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software using artificial intelligence (AI) for generating training content and simulated threats; Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software using artificial intelligence (AI) for creating, generating, administering, and delivering security awareness training and personalized simulated social-engineering attack exercises, and also for measuring, scoring, and reporting human risk readiness and training performance; all of the foregoing being limited to human-focused security-awareness education, behavioral training, simulated social-engineering exercises, and participant-level measurement of readiness and training performance, and none of the foregoing for providing enterprise or operational cybersecurity risk assessment of information systems, system security, technology assets, security controls, enterprise risk posture, or technology-risk-management programs, except that the foregoing limitation does not exclude participant-level human-risk readiness and training-performance measurement directly related to Applicant's training and simulated exercises; none of the foregoing for use in providing computer security consultancy, scanning or penetration testing of computers or networks, restricting unauthorized access to computer systems, maintaining computer software relating to computer security, selecting, implementing, or using computer hardware or software systems for others, or technology planning or consulting in the field of cybersecurity.
