asset management services, namely, managing a large portfolio of low-income housing tax credit financed homes; real estate financing services, namely, providing critical interim financing for affordable housing projects; providing equity investments in multifamily rental properties and unsubsidized naturally affordable workforce properties; creating syndicates for low-income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity projects for the development of affordable residential real estate properties; providing grants to support access to affordable homes connected to communities with access to good health care, schools, jobs and public resources (all of the foregoing not to include asset management services, equity investment services, grants to community-based organizations, creation of syndicates, or grants to support access to affordable homes related to vehicle rental services)
