The following services relating to oil country tubular goods ("OCTG"): (i) non-destructive testing of OCTG, including electromagnetic testing, ultrasonic end-area and full-length testing, and electromagnetic acoustic transducer testing of OCTG, visual inspection and magnetic particle end-area testing of OCTG, (ii) destructive stress testing of OCTG, including hydro-burst testing, (iii) threading services, including inspection for chamfer and tube damage, cut-off and rework of damaged tubes, API standard short, long and buttress threading and proprietary threading, end-area drift, and coupling/thread protectors application and torque make-up, swaging, sizing and similar end-fitting and sizing treatments, (iv) OCTG heat treating, and (v) visual inspection, inventorying, handling and storage of OCTG for third parties
