Software for allowing digital information to be shared over an electronic network which allows a user to protect sensitive information within the digital information by tokenization, masking or redaction according to rules and permissions, namely, processes implemented through an Identity and Authorization Management Function which allow for sharing Digital Data with a Designated Recipient over an electronic network while protecting personally identifiable data contained in the Digital Data which is converted to De-identified Digital Data according to Rules and Permissions for a selected Data Sharing Event established by a Controlling Party by either tokenizing, masking or redacting each Identity Element contained in multiple Sensitive Digital Data Fields and if permitted by Rules and Permissions for a selected Data Sharing Event De-identified Digital Data which has been tokenized can be re-identified as Re-identified Digital Data enabling Digital Data to be freely and securely shared for deep analytics while also offering use of fact-based knowledge graph for actionable insights on the secured data
