DVDM Trademark

Sound recordings featuring video ;;specifically the trademark identifies that the product, a dvd, contains multitrack audio designed for performing musicians and hobbyists; Each individual instrument of a particular song on the dvdm is structured as separate instruments playing out the dvd outputs;;;bass guitar separately, drums separately, guitars;;;etc;;playing in a "multitrack" fashion; The products is geared for performing musicians so that they can control the individual volumes of individual instruments on the dvdm product during their performances; The dvdm also contains video that ranges from static slideshow frames to streaming video that accompanies the music; The performer has the option of hooking up a video display in order for the audience to see the video on the dvdm;;;however it is not a required component of the experience; As my invention;;;dvdm;;is not conventional dvd "stereo" or "surround" music ;;or conventional dvd video for normal passive viewing;;;;a normal consumer would not buy a product labelled as dvdm; Nor would the normal consumer find the dvdm playable in a complete way via normal dvd players; Only specialized players work with my dvdm format dvd; The dvdm designation denotes an entirely new kind of product that has not been, to my knowledge, developed or released to the public;;;except by myself via the company I own.
