I provide empirically based intervention models individualized to meet the needs of children, adolescents, and adults living with neurodevelopmental disorders, specifically Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and the high rates of co-occuring disorders most commonly the externalizing disorders Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Conduct Disorder and the internalizing disorders Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Major Depression. The services are aimed at developing and implementing an executive function focused cognitive behavioral ADHD coaching model for each client's specific needs addressing the daily life activities that are most impaired consequent the higher order cognitive capacities most commonly impacted due to living with this disorder. Identifying the bi-directional and transactional variables that decrease the individuals capacity to self-regulate over time allow for the an individualized treatment plan that modifies the environment and enhances emotional and cognitive self-regulation capacities
