Art, namely etchings, photo-emulsions, silk screens, photo-etching, computer generations, cabochon, pictures, paintings, drawings, prints, negatives, slides, Polaroid, emulsion prints, posters, designs, reproductions, graphic art, including commercial art, namely reproductions, bill boards, plaques, signs, graphic art, art design, and works of art framed in context of site specific locations or exhibited as limited edition collections of the artist's works for aesthetic, philosophical, experimental and/or commercial purposes featuring the combined elements of-- (1) an ordinary or arbitrary object or site located outside of a museum or other art context; and (2) a museum-style label or plaque which is coupled to the site or object, which identifies components of the site or object, which credits the 'designator' or artist who defines the site or object, and which recites the date when the site or object was designated or created
