Microcontroller based vehicle mounted device with LED's to alert operator, a button to obtain geo location of Animals sighted by operator. Software for warning vehicle operators at different levels using LED indicators to warn of recent presence of Animals at specific geographic points. Software in micro controller communicates to mobile devices using the Low Energy (wireless personal area network technology), namely, software for responding to the input of a button press and storing time date and geographic location in a database hosted in a cloud application that is connected to from the mobile application

Software as a service (SAAS) services featuring software for collection of Time date and location of sighted animals. The cloud application will also send information to the mobile application about target animals in the operators geo graphic area. The Cloud application will perform calculations using environment data items such as but not limited to Time of Year, Time of Day and Weather to create a weighted list of targets. The List is transmitted to the mobile application using the operators mobile device cellular network. The Mobile application will use the data from the cloud service to alert the operator by communicate to the alerting module using BLE. The service will also use push notification to alert users of the system of recent sighting activity in the area they are operating the vehicle.; Providing virtual computer systems and virtual computer environments through cloud computing. The service will provide an API interface to allow other applications to connect and use the data and services offered. The service will allow users of the system to view the sighted animals in the collected geo graphic areas for both the operator and other uses of the system
