CO-PAY HELPER Trademark

This is a complementary benefit to help patients fund their prescription costs; Co-pay helper is intended to be fully funded by the Pharmaceutical Companies as a way to bring the rebates at the point of sale for the benefit of the patients; Brand medications that are on a third tier or on a non-preferred status with a differential co-pay or co-insurance are targeted; Smart Pharmacy Benefits will contract with Pharmaceutical Companies to fund the differential co-pay or co-insurance amount between the preferred products and the non-preferred plus an administrative fee to be yet determined; The patient will end up paying the exact co-pay or co-insurance amount he/she was suppose to pay for a preferred product as per his/her benefit design
