Caycem, is a new sustainable cementitious materials company that was formed to handle various levels of operations and investments in the international sustainable cementitious materials market. The company holds exclusive distribution rights for some of the world's top GGBFS and Portland cement producers for various areas in the USA, Caribbean and Central America. The company is also in discussions with major GGBFS producers in Asia and will use these suppliers for our US West Coast terminals and grinding stations. Caycem plans to construct four to six GGBFS grinding stations in the USA and two to four GGBFS grinding stations in Europe and Asia, and to operate six to eight bulk storage terminals with a production and output capacity of approximately 2-4 million metric tons per annum over the next 48-60 months, which will position the company as a global leader in the GGBFS market. The company started its operations in two markets in November and December 2018, which include Savannah, Georgia and Wilmington, North Carolina and is in the process of setting up additional terminals in various US states as well as supplying one of the largest companies in the industry
